From Tolerance to Acceptance 

There is a big difference between tolerance and acceptance. To tolerate something or someone is to endure through it. It may be done through clenched teeth and white knuckles, but it will be done. To accept someone or something is to release any expectation that it should be different. The notion that “I know what’s best” is let go in exchange for “I know what’s best for me.” Turn tolerance into acceptance and welcome “peace of mind” into your life.
