Biography for Lynn McLaughlin
Lynn McLaughlin is the Founder of DandAlliance© LLC. She is a passionate advocate for emotional education, and provides opportunities for individual and organizational shifts in the way we provide support to others. Her life experience (including the healing and release of a belief system resulting from childhood abuse, domestic violence, depression and substance use) has created a deep empathy for human challenges and a commitment to provide hope to others in every opportunity. Lynn has over 30 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors; her life experience, education, and training in emotional wellness, peer support (mental health & substance use), and trauma make her an exceptional leader, provider and trainer. Along with Karen Iverson Riggers, Lynn publishes a weekly podcast called “Real Vibes Only” which was launched in 2022. She received her bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Marian University.
