Anger is a powerful emotion. It is our body’s way of making us aware of a perceived injustice. You can feel the powerful energy of anger surging through your body. Internalized or unresolved anger results in internalized shame or externalized rage. Allowing our bodies to feel the energy and release it in a healthy way before speaking can be helpful in expressing our truth. Sometimes anger is a mask for more vulnerable emotions such as hurt or fear. Learning how our body processes anger is a beautiful way to honor another facet of you.
