Our perception of our daily events can result in the kind of a day we have. For example, if you are walking down the street and a friend passes by without saying hello, will you personalize that you must have done something wrong? Or will you allow for the possibility that it had nothing to do with you? Maybe your friend forgot her glasses? Take time to listen to the inner tapes that create your perception. They can be rewritten whenever we are ready. A peaceful state of mind is yours for the asking.
