Honor your rhythm. You do this by honoring your body’s need for rest as well as activity; by eating the food your body longs for not the food it craves; by playing as much as you need to; by engaging with life moment by moment; by allowing your emotions to flow naturally and expressing them when needed; by listening to the inner cues that create your unique rhythm. Your rhythm is not defined by anything outside of you. Honor, celebrate and cherish it.
