Good grief

Allow yourself the time and space to grieve. Every change in your life is the releasing of one thing to make room for another. Sometimes the release is instantaneous and grief passes without thought. Other change requires weeks, months, or years to fully let go. Most important is to let go of any judgment that limits our ability to process it fully. Trust your body. Trust your spirit. Trust yourself and let it flow.
