I was reading an article yesterday about mindfulness. It challenged me to find the detail in five things every day to help bring me to the present moment. From the texture of a wall to the pattern an ant is walking, each focused intention brought me to the present and deep gratitude. We can miss so much in life when we are constantly moving. It’s important to slow down and notice the beauty in life. It was a divine reminder for me.
