A moment of gratitude and love

Think of someone who has impacted your life. It could be a family member, a friend, a teacher or a complete stranger. Take a moment to feel the incredible gratitude you have for this person and, in a thought or prayer, send them love and thanks. Now apply that same love and gratitude to you. Allow yourself to feel it all of the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. You are worthy of it all!
