Emotional Self-Care

Feeling so much better after the food poisoning! Thank you for all of your love. What I learned is how powerful the body is to take care of itself. When something toxic enters it, it begins fighting. I believe our body gives us signals when it is fighting emotional toxins as well. It is so important to be in touch with what is emotionally yours and what is not. Awareness is an important first step.
