What brings you joy? Do you take the time to incorporate it into your day? When I am feeling heavy, it is almost always because I have not made a conscious effort to bring joy into my day. Even 10 minutes of scheduled “joy time” can make all the difference. I also find that when I meet that need, it expands and joy is present in other activities as well. Are you ready to “in-joy” today?
