How important is it?

With the holiday season right around the corner, I was thinking this morning about strategies to use when you feel stressed. One of the strategies is to put your stress in perspective. A helpful question is, “How important is it?” Is it something that will be important in an hour? In a day? In a month? In a year? Using this strategy can help release our stress as well as any unrealistic expectations we hold.
