Behind the masks

Find the courage to remove all of the masks that you have created. Our masks are created to hide our vulnerability and to protect us from pain. Most often these masks are created in childhood and they no longer serve us as adults. We use our masks to hide from potential confrontation or anger, abandonment or a myriad of other situations that feel threatening. With your reassurance that you are safe, you can gently remove the mask and reveal the beautiful piece of who you really are.
