Ground yourself in the moment

Stop what you are doing … at this very moment. Begin doing a sensual scan. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? What are you tasting? What are you touching? This technique is a wonderful way of grounding yourself in the moment. It works especially well with anxiety or when you find yourself thinking in the future. Embracing this moment is where peace and calm come to be.
