As I was teaching class yesterday, I was reminded how powerful it is to end your day on a positive note. In 12 step recovery they teach us to do a review of our day and many incorporate a gratitude list. By recalling all of our blessings throughout the day and all of the ways that we honored our authenticity and allowed ourselves to shine, we will awaken the next day with gratitude and confidence to carry us through. At the end of the day ask yourself, what was awesome about this day? What is awesome about me?
