There is a big difference between confidence and arrogance. Confidence is the belief in the gifts that you’ve been given in this life and celebrating your successes along the way. Arrogance is the belief that you are superior to others and often times exempt from the rules of society. It can be easy to confuse the two if a person’s confidence triggers your own insecurities. If you find that happening, take a moment to stop and remember all of the gifts that you possess. Two people can stand confidently in their strengths AND be equals.
