Emotional balance

Feelings are as much a part of you as your breath. Allowing for the natural rhythm of emotions can be tricky, especially in a world that has shunned them for many generations. Stuffing our emotions or ignoring them can be detrimental to our well being as can allowing our emotions to run our lives. Acknowledging and releasing is key. Finding emotional balance is the goal.
