The moment you recognize you made a poor choice can be uncomfortable. I had such an experience this morning. Gratefully there is beauty in apologies. But an apology without a change in behavior is just words. Becoming aware of what we can do different in the future and implementing it into our lives is where real growth happens. Today I’m making that commitment. ❤️
