Today when I was at the vet I saw a woman crying as she walked to her vehicle alone with a blanket draped over her arm. My heart sank as I realized she was probably saying goodbye to her pet. Although I said nothing, my tears mirrored hers and I knew that we were heart – connected. Empathy is what connects as human beings. It helps us know we’re not alone. Share it often ❤️
