Our beautiful bodies

Many years ago I was given an exercise to help me connect with my body and begin the process of body love. I was told to touch and feel each part of my body and deeply thank it for all that it adds to my life. I recently re-committed to this exercise, taking one body part per day, and can feel how powerful the exercise truly is. How do you love and appreciate your body?
