I have a magnet on my refrigerator that was given to me by a friend that says “Q-T.I.P.” It stands for “Quit Taking it Personally.” It’s a beautiful reminder that each of us is entitled to our own opinion and perception of experiences. I do not have to allow another person’s actions or words to affect me. It is literally my choice.
