No one defines your reality but you. Now that may seem obvious but it plagued me for much of my younger life. If you believed that life was difficult, so did I. If you believed in a certain spiritual path, so did I. Today I try things out and listen for what my heart and soul believe. Aligning me with me makes life so much easier and it feels better too!
