I had an opportunity yesterday to take part in a corporate wellness event with a friend of mine. Whenever I revisit places that helped me to grow or better define who I am (in this case not actual but similar environment), there are always stark reminders of why I am no longer there. With gratitude for my process, I took about 5 minutes to envision the entire building being filled with love, light and healing energy. I pictured each spirit receiving exactly what they needed in that moment and watched. Our physical world (who we are, what we do, what we have) weighs so many of us down.  What if we could lighten our load by following our inspiration and passion knowing that it WAS the right path … Try it you might just find yourself in the process. ❤
